Trade terms
01Who it is for
The Mantra Living trade programme is for interior designers, decorators, architects, stylists and similar professionals buying for client projects. Membership is at Mantra Living's discretion.
02The trade price
Members receive 10% off the full retail price of eligible pieces, online and in our shops. It does not apply to items already on sale or reduced, gift cards, delivery, or any brand or piece we mark as excluded, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
03How it works
The trade price is linked to the email address on your approved application. Online it applies at checkout when you use that email. In our shops, give the team your name or email at the till so they can attach your account before payment.
04Personal to you
Membership is personal and not transferable. It is for your client work, not for resale or for passing the price on to others to buy on their own account. Sharing your account or the trade price may end your membership.
05Renewal
We review memberships once a year and may ask you to confirm your practice is still active. Accounts with no purchases for twelve months may be closed; you are always welcome to apply again.
06Changes
Mantra Living may change these terms, the trade price or the list of exclusions, or end the programme, with notice to members by email. Our usual terms of sale and returns apply to every purchase.
07Your information
We use the details on your application only to assess it and to run your trade account, in line with POPIA. Uploads are stored privately. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email olivia@mantraliving.co.za.
